history LoCO FIT (formerly Solepepper FIT) began as The Running Group in 2004 as a way for runners in Louisville, Lafayette, Superior, Broomfield and Westminster Colorado to enjoy the benefits of a quality training program with a certified coach, within the quaint community in which we live. Our goal is to connect local runners, provide great coaching, encourage each other in our endeavors, and just enjoy the great running community that this area has to offer. We welcome runners of all abilities. We invite you to come see what we are all about! partners Through our partnerships with the Louisville Recreation Center and Runners Roost Louisville, we offer various training programs throughout the year from 5K training through Marathon training. We also offer youth and teen running programs through the Louisville Recreation Center. Our girls running program, TIGER (ages 11-16) and TIGER Cubs (ages 8-11) is 8 years strong, and now are offering Cheetahs, a fun pre-teen/teen boys running program!
